MC327 won’t power up past boot up screen

Hi

We unplugged our canvas and when we have turned it back on it will briefly show the meural logo but then immediately turns itself off. We have replaced the power cord but problem remains the same. What can we do?

May you factory reset your Meural and let us know if your issue persists. May you also try plugging in the power adapter to a different outlet.
