At the end of the work day, I shut off my Meural canvas (original version) and in the past it would stay shut off until I turned it on the following morning. Now is it turning on by itself and running all day when I haven't turned it on. I checked the settings and I don't have the sleep when the room is dark option on nor do I have the scheduler on. Any ideas?
I understand that you are having issues with your Meural canvas turning on at undesired times. This could be a result of your light sensitivity sensor setting. Changing your light sensitivity has proven to resolve cases similar to yours.
Please navigate to the following settings in your Meural App:
Tap the control icon at the bottom right-hand corner.
In the upper left-hand corner, select the canvas you want to adjust.
Tap the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Scroll down to Light Sensitivity to adjust Canvas to Low.
