I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Meural Canvas scheduling feature. Users have been able to fix this issue by changing their light sensitivity to low as well ensuring that their Meural Canvas and their Meural app is up to date. Please navigate the the instructions below to resolve this issue.
Please follow the instructions below to change the light sensitivity on your Meural Canvas using your Meural app:
Tap CANVAS.
then the gear icon on the top right of the screen.
Now tap Canvas Settings.
Scroll down to Light Sensor.
then, tap Light Sensitivity.
Now tap low.
Please follow the steps listed below to ensue that your Meural Canvas is on the latest firmware:
Navigate to my.meural.com
Select your initials on the far right
Select Canvases
Scroll down to Canvas Software Version
Select the arrow on the right of the software version
Select update on the top right
