RBR50 parental controls disappeared from app

Sometime within the past week, the parental controls option disappeared from the orbi app. Any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What mobile device are you using? 

What version of Orbi app is currently loaded?

I have had the same issue. I have the subscription but found its missing from everywhere. Almost like the feature has been removed. I have done a restart on the router and satellite however not able to get it back.

I have also signed out of the app and back into it again to see if that was to prompt it. I think it might have been missing for maybe a week or two but didn't really look into it till today.
