RBR750 - Subscribed to Parental controls and not working after sometime

Hi,

I have a RBR750 and subscribed to parental controls , worked for 2 days and stopped working. I could not even see the connected devices, parental control profiles and my son's devices are already locked for internet usage and I don't know how to recover from it.

When I try to disable the the parental controls SPC-DISABLE-FAIL error.

Please help !

Tried rebooting the router and phone the app is installed on?
