Hello,
My ReadyNas became unresponsive so i had to unplug it to get it started again. However, on restart it has frozen at 88% and the display window says "fvbackup-q.servi". I've attached a photo. It has hung at this point a number of times. At one point i removed the ethernet cables and pressed the reset button at the back and was able to boot the device but when i reinserted the ethernet cables i didn't see any of my documents/files which are on this ReadyNas.
Please could someone assist with getting the system to boot fully? I'm running the latest firmware (i believe this is 6.10.5.
Thank you.

What did you do at the reset menu after you used the reset button? If you did a factory default from there, you destroyed your data.

Re: ReadyNas 214 Freezes on Start-up
I didn't get the option of a Factory Default. The Readynas restarted and booted up but no data was there. So i replaced the ethernet cables and started the system again and this is where the system is hanging on the 88% complete screen.
