Genie App Login with Updated Router
I just had to switch out my router fora new one. Same router model, but different version. Now i can't login through the Genie app. I get the error "login failed. Please re enter correct admin password for netgear router" I didn't change anything with the login info. So it's just "admin" and "password. I've reset the router and deleted and reinstalled the app twice.
I'm on an iPhone 6
Router is a R6300 v.1
Former router was v.2 (I know)
I appreciate any help. Also can't get wemo ligh hub or light switches to connect to new router. Agh.

Re: Genie App Login with Updated Router
I searched the ** out of these forums, the googles, everything. Of course by the time I got home with new router it was after webchat and phone support closed.

Re: Genie App Login with Updated Router
Are you trying to connect to the router via the iPhone? If so, which version of its operating system.
It is usually easier view a wired PC (Apple or Windows).
You wouldn't be the first person to experience difficulties using an iPhone to manage a network.
