Genie Link Rate

Hello.
My genie on ios shows me "link rate - n/a"

R8500 1.0.2.86
Genie ios 3.1.28
ios 10.3.2 iphone 6+

 I have the same issue I have a Netgear Orbi and I am using the Genie app I do not see a link rates for any of my devices. Also all my Wi-Fi signal strength are 100%, I find that hard to believe?
