Genie ios app doesnt show router in the list using remote login

my IOS genie app doesnt show the router when trying to connect to it using remote link , but windows desktop works with remote access and as well in app local login using genie app, any idea why this is happening to the genie ios app ?

1. Does the option to login remotely show up in the Genie app? (Please provide screenshot)

2. Does the issue persist on your other devices (Android, other iOS device)?

3. Was it working before?

4. What version of the Genie app do you have installed?

5. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?
