I restarted the Nighthawk app while it was updating
I updated my router but then I closed the app and now I don’t have wifi. I’ve unplugged and replugged everything and clicked the reset button. I’ve tried everything I can do on the app but I just don’t have wifi anymore. Please help!

What are the led's on the router doing? (all of them, blinking, solid/color)
The reset button needs to be pushed and held for 7-15 seconds while powered on. Is that what you did?

Only the power led is blinking. All the other leds are off. I also did try that and nothing happens.

sounds like your a canidate for a tftp procedure.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through.

and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
