MS60s not showing up in the NH app as satellites instead of as attached devices
I was hoping this firmware update would fix the long-standing issue with MS60s not showing up in the NH app as satellites instead of as attached devices, but it didn't. The network map in the app shows the MR60 only, but the web interface shows three attached satellites as it should. If I reboot, the satellites are recognized for a little while, but then revert back to attached devices. It all works as it should, but this is annoying. Yes, I've re-done the setup procedure multiple times, so that isn't the answer.

What app version is loaded on your mobile device?
What mobile platform are you using?
Please post a screen capture of what your seeing on the app.
Does the MS appear correctly on the MRs web page using a web browser?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser been performed since last FW update? Then check the NH App...

Re: MS60s not showing up in the NH app as satellites instead of as attached devices
What modem/gateway are you connecting the router to?
Are you using a wireless backhaul or wired?
How are the satellites setup?
for example, are you going modem---->router--->switch---->satellites?
Are you going modem/gateway----->switch---->router----Satellites?
or how exactly is it wired/setup?

Ok with my iphone, I get this with my MK63:
Though my MK has not been updated to most current. I'm still waiting to see if it auto updates.

Are you running the wired connection through a switch?
What switch is it?
It looks like its displaying properly in the browser, just not the app

Correct. Sats are recognized in the browser but not in IOS NH app. All sats are connected wired through unmanaged Netgear GS308 switches.

What happens if you disconnect the MS from the switch and let them connect to the MR wirelessly? They appear at all in the app?

Re: MS60s not showing up in the NH app as satellites instead of as attached devices
I just tried that, but other than the web interface showing the sats are connected wireless, the app network map still shows 0 of 3 sats connected. All sats are in the attached devices though...
