I used a certain email address for my OpenDNS account that got hacked. How do I create a new Open DNS account?

Hi @silverstone6555,

Did you register via the NETGEAR Genie app using the same router? If yes, you will have to contact OpenDNS to unlink your router (MAC adress) with the compromised email address. You can check the link below.
