Hi, I have teenagers at home. I installed NETGEAR Genie today. Thee of 4 computers and laptops work as expected, but for some reason, one of the laptop doesn't work. It can still access to all social media websites such as Facebook and YouTube. I even installed the NETGEAR Genie on that laptop, but the websites can't be blocked. Do you have any advice? My laptop is Dell XPS with Window 7 Home premium version service pack 1.
