Nighthawk AC1900 connected devices not visible

Hey guys hoping someone can chime in. I have an issue with seeing my devices on the nighthawk app. Currently have 10 connected but only 2 show up. Some backstory. . .I had optimum internet and I was messing with the WiFi setting on the app. I blocked those 8 devices in order to not keep unplugging set devices. So at this point I was able to turn on and off. I had Verizon come in and install their internet to replace optimum. After installation. All 8 devices stop showing up. I was in panic because those 8 connected devices stopped receiving internet. After some refreshing and hopefulness lol all 8 devices appeared on the app and I quickly allowed internet. So all my devices work now. Here’s the remaining issue. . .only the 2 devices connected prior to Verizon show up. Everything else shows up on the website in access control. Anyway to get these devices to show up again on the app ?

Which Netgear device(s) do you own?

AC1900 is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AC tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.

Look at the label on the device for the model number.

Blocked where and how?

What has that got to do with "unplugging set devices"?

It might help if you explained what you were trying to do.

Blocking severs the connection and has nothing to do with unplugging things.

Do they connect to the network?

Edited after the event?

The original message was from a different user and with a time stamp a day earlier.

Something strange is going on here.

Nope. Just the profile was updated, including the signature. Often a repeated scheme by SEO "specialists"....

Time stamp is updated with the new login. Different user is difficult, different username probably - have screenshots at hand?

The change was visible in the RSS scraper (Website Watcher) that I use.

Unfortunately, as I have it set up Website Watcher doesn't remember things that long. Not something that I usually need to worry about.

Looks like another defect, one of many, in the community software (from Lithium?) that Netgear uses.

Same result. It "edits", as in changes, the post.

Seems to be a lot of effort for very little result.
