Hello,
I am having trouble seeing connected devices. It says “no devices found.”
History:
I have had the Netgear R6900v2 Router for almost a year. The Nighthawk App worked perfectly fine. I recently upgraded my modem to a Netgear CM500 and now cannot see connected devices.
Please help.

you're not the only one. We've seen quite a few posts about connected devices not showing in the app after the last update to the app.
you should still be able to use the browser based to see connected devices

We recently released a new app version for Nighthawk on iOS. Please update/reinstall the Nighthawk app and it should resolve your issue.
