Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WiFi Router (R8000) unable to connect router via app
Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Smart WiFi Router (R8000). The app can not connect to the router. My iPhone says there is no internet but I can use my Roku. Don't know how to proceed to correct this.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
How is the app not connecting? Is there any indications being reported on the app?
What mobile devices are you using?
