Nighthawk and Circle Apps
I am very dissapointed in performance of both of these apps.
Main issue with Nighthawk app is that if fails when I try to rename devices. I have a ton of Amazon devices so this is a huge issue
Circle app is a bit more user friendly but I don't see any confirmation in regards to bed time kicking on (it doesn't show paused) and at least once it appears it did not turn off the devices for a childs profile at bedtime

Re: Nighthawk and Circle Apps
Hi @nolajoins, welcome to the community! For the Nighthawk app, please make sure that the device names do not contain any special characters. As for the Circle app, does the issue persist on on other profiles as well? Have you tried recreating a new profile and moving the devices over?
Let us know how it goes.
Dexter

I have not tried that with the profiles but I will this evening. Thank you.

Re: Nighthawk and Circle Apps
I will address these one at a time but I am still having trouble with each app after following the trouble shooting advice listed above.
On the Nighthawk app, I click on the device and click in the name area. I am trying to give very simple names with no special characters, ex. PS4
When I click save I get "This action has failed, please try again"
