Nighthawk app doesn’t support my Nighthawk router?
Downloaded the Nighthawk app for my C7500 router. Thought I could use it like I did with Genie for my old Netgear router. The app says my router was not supported. And I thought a Netgear Nighthawk app was intended for a Netgear Nighthawk router. Not so much? Any thoughts?

I believe the modem/router combo devices still need to go through the genie app.

Re: Nighthawk app doesn’t support my Nighthawk router?
Tried to go back to Genie, but it would not accept the default user name/password; admin/password. so I cannot use that app or the Nighthawk app.

You can't use it because the password has been changed?
Or you can go through the password recovery option?
or reset it so you get back to defaults?
