RN104 Inactive Disks = No Data

Hi all,

I have been out of the country for a while and my NAS has been switched off sitting in a box until today. I plugged it back in and I'm not seeing any data at all!

I have 4 x WD Red 4tb drives in the NAS which were working fine before I left, but now I can't see any data just a message that says:

"Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk #1, 2, 3, 4."

I looked at the logs and the last message is a bit worrying:

Sat Apr 8 2017 16:02:30 Disk: Disk in channel 1 (Internal) changed state from ONLINE to FAILED.

Does anyone know what might be happening? I can upload my logs for someone, but I can't attach it to this post because it's not the right format...

Any help will be greatly apprecaited!

Cheers,
Wayne

P.S. I don't have a backup.

Re: RN104 Inactive Disks = No Data

You've put your message in a bit of the forum given over the routers. You might do better to post it here:

ReadyNAS Network Storage - NETGEAR Communities

That place is all about NAS boxes.
