Unable to access router R6400 remotely and unable to reset password for remote access
I am using the Genie app (most updated version from App Store (v. 2.4.24) to access my Netgear R6400 router (firmware V1.0.1.12). I am able to do so successfully from home. However, I am not able to access the router remotely. It appears that I am registered for remote access, but my password evidently is not correct. I do not know my password. So, I tried to re-set the password. I then received an e-mail with a link to click to re-set the password. When I click the link, a lengthy error message appears, beginning with "HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.illegalArgumentException: Locale part "en-us" contains invalid characters". followed by several lines, including sections that begin with the headings "type", "message", "description", "exception", "root cause", and "note". Suggestions?
