Hi,
I have the xr500 since this week. I have the latest firmware update on it. XR500 V2.3.2.114. but don't have a ping heatmap. How is this possible? See picture.

There is a DumaOS 2.0 update of the same name, here is the link to the 3.0 .114 update - https://www.dropbox.com/s/4mwe5sx81gsc129/XR500-V2.3.2.114-DumaOS3.0.203.img?dl=0 - I would recommend you do a factory reset once upgraded.

You would have to setup from scratch after a factory reset yes. You can do that from Settings > Administration > Backup Settings > Erase on the interface.
