Factory reset or adding/connecting back the device you may have deleted recently should do it

Re: netgear xr1000

What's up !!! It does that simply because you removed a device that was added in geo filter and/or in device prioritization !!! When you want to remove a device from the XR1000 you need to remove it first from both geo filter and device prioritization aka the option down there on qos tab... then you should reboot xr1000 and then you can remove it safely !!! Once removed your Bandwidth Allocation (still on qos tab) will be off so you'll need to reset distribution then update distribution...refresh webpage and confirm it properly applied... then reboot xr1000 and you can enjoy it !!!

Now since you stuck with that problem...your only option to fix it is factory reset and setup from scratch !!! If your xr1000 says 1.0.0.52 top right of the page of Duma Os then you should upgrade it to 1.0.0.58 first before factory resetting it !!!

Take care... Peeeaace !!!
