Can't open/forward ports

XR500 Dosen't seem to open/forward ports

My network layout:
Internet (COX)

Modem

Router (with the following attached)

Server 192.168.1.11 (WIFI 5GHz)

Gaming PC 1 192.168.1.5 (Ethernet)

Gaming PC 2 192.168.1.6 (WIFI 5GHz)
Synology DS218+ NAS 192.168.1.7 (Ethernet)
various mobile devices using WIFI (all 192.168.1.100+ addresses)

COX 300Mbps residential service
Modem is a Arris SB6183 (no firewall or routing functions)
Router is a Netgear XR500 (firmware 2.3.2.56)
Server is an I7 with 32gigs of RAM running Win10 Pro.

All the normal stuff works fine, Netflix/Email/web browsing/etc.

I have an Ark Survival Evolved server setup for myself and some friends.
I can access the server via the LAN but my friends cannot from the Internet.
The server uses ports 7777, 7779, 7781, 25015, 25017 and 25019. I have verified
that COX does not block these ports. I have set the router to port forward all
the listed ports to the server. UPnP is enabled. NAT filtering is set to open.

The server is running 3 server instances (ports 7777/25015 - 7779/25017 - 7781/25019).
For testing purposes I have the server firewall (windows defender) turned off.

Here's the problem I'm having:

With the Ark server software running, the XR500 does not show any open/forwarded ports on the
UPnP screen. GRC's Shield’s UP doesn’t find any open ports. canyouseeme.org says connection
refused. Running Port Forwards Network Utilities port checker from the server says the ports are

closed.

I've restarted the router after every change I've made to the routers configuration.

Any suggestions?

Re: Can't open/forward ports

uPnP needs to be disabled if you are using PF configurations.

Re: Can't open/forward ports

You're using three methods to open ports which will lead to conflicts. I'd suggest disabling port forwarding first and seeing if that fixes it as if you've put these in wrong that will also cause issues.
