Cannot connect
I cannot connect to the router settings using default gateway, or using Routerlogin.com. I have packet loss. And I can connect to the actual network on pc. But not on me or my brothers phone.

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
