I have no hope for the QoS

The QoS is totally broken in my opinion, my ISP internet speed is 500/100 mg.

This is without QoS: https://imgur.com/a/wMARwGf

And this with QoS enabled, I have allocated all the total bandwithd to my computer: https://imgur.com/a/1OMuTnA

I need a firmware update, this firmware is not good. It feels like the DumaOs 3.0 is far months ahead. I'm gonna stick to my ISP router until the update arrives. Just now, the qos is broken on XR300., so I don't have any use of the xr300 router. Sad.

Re: I have no hope for the QoS

I had the Share Excess not enabled, but now 3 minutes ago, I changed the numbers for download speed and upload speed to 1000 MB both, https://imgur.com/a/TJmHBDv to see if it works, and the download speed actually increased! https://imgur.com/a/ka3z5tN

Before I'v had set the download and upload speed 500/100, that's my ISP internet speed, and the test wasn't good, but when I set the speed 1000/1000 mb instead, I got more downloadspeed. Is there any way to increase to 2000/1000 mg speed to get more of the actual download bandwitdh speed from my ISP's internet? Otherwise, it's definitetly a bug in the firmware.

Re: I have no hope for the QoS

I assume you have allocated all bandwidth to the computer via Bandwidth Allocation but with Share Excess enabled which means there are some other devices on your network which need the bandwidth which is why you're not getting full speeds.

Not possible to set it any higher than that, can you provide a screenshot of your entire QoS page please as I may be able to see what is happening.

Re: I have no hope for the QoS

Now I get the full download speed with QoS enabled! I don't know why it is good now, maybe because the router neeeded longer to adapt.

Re: I have no hope for the QoS

That's odd, it could have been ISP congestion or the servers under load when you were testing previously. Keep us updated on what happens.
