Xr500

So just moved house and joined new internet provider. My speeds are fine wifi 120up and 120down. But when I connect wired the speed are 120down and 50up. Then when I put tick on disable Qos everything is fine again. Can someone tell me why this is please?

Re: Xr500

Did you configure the router for the new ISP speeds in QoS? Or are they still left configured for the prior ISP speeds?

Re: Xr500

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
