Is the Wifi 6E support team alive?
I have spent four hours on hold for the team that supports the 6E wifi routers. Nobody on other support teams can tell me how long their wait time is - or if they are answering their phone at all.
I am concerned that this team might be MIA. Did everyone quit? Was there a natural disaster? Perhaps their internet has been down for days?
I hope someone at Netgear can find a way to reach them to see if they are all OK. It is very concerning for a company to lose all contact with one of their departments for days on end.
