Hopefully you can help me with my NETGEAR R7000 WOL function.
With Port forwarding (look at my attached screenshot) the Wake on Lan function works without any problem inside my private network.
That means whenever I’m connected with my mobile phone via WLAN inside my Network I’m able to wake up over my fixed IP Adress my PC with “Wake on Lan” android apk.
But when I deactivate WLAN on my mobile phone or I’m outside of the range of my WLAN Network the wake-up function isn’t possible (seems to be a problem with WAN function)?
In case my PC is directly connected with the Fiber box (means no Router R7000 between) the WOL outside my network works perfect.
The modem is a Magenta (T-Mobile) Fiber Box CH7465LG-LC and I activated the Bridge Mode.
