Ethernet Backhaul, switched network, MK62
Hi all,
I'm aware there exist some posts regarding ethernet backhaul questions already, but the more situations are discussed (each one just slightly different from your own), the more confused you are ... But I hope I have narrowed down my issue already, so here we go:
What has been proven to work (where the Nighthawk(s) work in AP mode and "Floor Switch" is a Netgear GSS116E):
+---------- Nighthawk MR60
Floor Switch
+---------- Nighthawk MS60
What does not work so far (with "House Switch" being a Cisco SG250-08):
+---------- Floor Switch ----- Nighthawk MR60
House Switch
+---------- Floor Switch ----- Nighthawk MR60
Is it basically not possible to do the backhaul via multiple switches? Do the Nighthawks need to be connected on the same switch? In which case it seems they were not really a solution for house scenarios?
What do you suggest? Thank you for your time!
