How can I change the wifi name? Cant connect to routerlogin.com

Hi. I'm new in the community but I have a NightHawk Mesh Extender. How can I enter to the routerlogin.com or routerlogin.net? Is there another new page that I can go to change my extender name? I write the name on the browser and it sends me to a netgear support page. Help, please.
