Netgear extender 'stuck' with orange and blue lights on
My EV6250 extender seems to be 'stuck' with both sets of orange and blue lights on. Repeated restarts and attempted factory resets have done nothing. It doesn't show up in available networks either so I can't reset it that way either. Other posts seems to suggest it may be stuck in a failed firmware upgrade. Is it a goner? What should I try next?

Re: Netgear extender 'stuck' with orange and blue lights on
Check the user manual for LED behaviors.
Power OFF the EX for 1 minute then back ON.
Try a different power supply with same volt and amp specs.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the WiFi Extender products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with WiFi Extender products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Re: Netgear extender 'stuck' with orange and blue lights on
The EX6250 has a ethernet port. Are you able to ping the extender or access it using the ethernet connection?
Which lights are "stuck on orange/blue"? (there's several led's on it)
What is the power light doing?
If a factory reset, (push and hold reset for up to 30 seconds while powered on) doesn't work, then you can try recoving it.
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash.
are you on windows? if so, follow this guide
https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP
just make sure you enable tftp
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10
and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. Use the built in one for windows 10 though. the video is more of an example of how its done.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9DLrLQrpaw
and if that doesn't work, you can try using nmrpflash
