Remove a netgear wifi 6 router I no longer own from my account?
How do I remove a Netgear wifi 6 router (MK63) from my account now that I have installed a new Orbi RBR750 router? Both routers still show us in my Netgear account.

Re: Remove a netgear wifi 6 router I no longer own from my account?
FYI,
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX :

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Thank you.

Netgear recently revived the ability to break the link between your device and MyNetgear.
The way to do this is the reverse process of registering.
Go here:
Login to your account. This will list your registered devices.
Click the device you want to "lose" and scroll down to the bottom and find the well hidden link: Unregister Product
Heaven only knows why you were told to take this generic issue to a different zone. That really doesn't make sense. The answer has nothing to do with this being an MK63. All that does is waste everyone's time. I hope this got to you before you read that!
