Satellite Device Detection

Hi 

Hoping someone might be able to assist> I have the Nighthawk Mesh wifi extender MR60 with 2 satellites.  I have one satellites in an upstairs office but when I am in there my lap top does not show as being connected, it is connected to another satellite at the other end of the house.  Does anyone know how to fix? this as the connectivity is rubbish.

Power OFF the working MS. 

Is the one MS displayed as connected on the MR web page? 

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)?

Make sure the FW on the MS is same as whats on the MR.
