Wifi Calls Dropped when moving to Satellite area (Nighthawk Mesh MK-62)
Most critical issue is that our iphones are dropping calls when we physically move into a space covered by the satellite. We hard-wired our satellite from the main router and all configurations are default. We also have trouble with our sonos speakers skipping. Was hoping this router could handle the volume of speakers and also keep calls in the further part of house.
Working from home the call-drops are a significant problem. Is there a configuration change that would make devices switch more seamlessly to the satellite?

Hi Jill329,
May you let me know the current firmware version your MK62 system is on.
Thanks,
Christian

I tried that. The calls don't seem to be dropping, but we do regularly have trouble with the connection dropping out. For example, video on a web conference will suddenly lag, and my Sonos speakers go on/off/"skip".
