CAN'T CONNECT TO INTERNET BUT IT SAYS CONNECTED

I live in an rv park where offen there are larger rv's generally obstructing my wifi. I bought an antenna and alfa.

Ihave connected the alwuso36n to the router/modem

I show on both my ipad and iphone that I cam connected

I am not able to connect to internet.

the lights on the netgear modem router

flasj on the down stream indicator,

not on the upstreamno light on internet.

on for the 2.4 and 5 ghz

I'm not using the ethernet cable, trying to work with the available park wifi
