New Nighthawk X4S AC2600 Cannot find network
Setting up up new router......
Successful internet connection if hard-wired through the router.
Looking for network on 2 laptops and one iPhone does not list the network name.
I have changed the network name and password through Genie. Still cannot find network. Disconnected modem and router and turned back on . same problem
Thank you your suggestions but I finally found the issue on another board.
If you look closely the 2nd light on the right of the router is acutally a button. If you press and hold the button down for at least 5 seconds it works! How frustrating and a waste of yours and my time. Anyway thank you for your input

Forgot to mention, only 2 lights are on, starting from left. The power light and the internet connection light. There is no @2G/5G light lit.
