Hi all, I have a question I can't seem to figure out so I'm hoping someone can tell me before I spend some money. Currently I have the CBR40 and two satelites covering a 2800 sq. ft. I would really like to upgrade/update my system moving to WIFI6. My question is will the new Nighthawk Dual Bank WiFi 6 mesh work with the CBR40? Any help would be appreciated.

You could put the CBR40 in bridge mode and just use it as a modem for the new system.

Re: Cable Modem Router Compatibility
Hi,
Hello, generally not, Orbi products are compatible with each other, in some cases, even if they are different models, but they will not work if the router is not an Orbi router.
Bye.

Re: Cable Modem Router Compatibility
By the way, for example, an Orbi WiFi 6 satellite is not compatible with an Orbi WiFi 5 AC router. Consequently the network of devices Nighthawk would be separated.
