NETGEAR NAME WAS CHANGED
The number of my router was NETGEAR28, but from one day it became NETGEAR30.
Since the number has been changed, the password is different and I cannot connect.
Even after factory reset, it is recognized as NETGEAR30.
how can i solve this problem????

Re: NETGEAR NAME WAS CHANGED
Are you able to double check the settings via a PC connected via Ethernet?
With more modern routers, they largely have a few select default values that are not part of the primary firmware partition. Basically they are set at the factory and printed on a sticker on the bottom of the router.
During a factory reset, those specific values are simply copied over and saved to the NVRAM during the reset process. Usually the only thing that will interfere with it is if something like restoring a backup config file that has erroneous values.
Beyond that,it is best to set it up via the web UI, especially since the app setup lacks many useful options.
