Nighthawk AX12 Rax120 WiFi devices are connected but show offline
A week ago several devices that use iPhone apps to control started going offline. They’re wifi signal is excellent and they have an IP but they show offline on the iPhone apps. This happens periodically but it is about 50% of the time. Also about this time all three of my Amazon Echo devices began intermittently failing to communicate. They stayed connected just couldn’t communicate. Alexa says “something went wrong”. Then a few minutes later they work fine. I did a factory reset on all the devices and the router. Problem still persists. Any ideas because I’m out of them.
