RAX 35 not broadcasting network name
I am facing the same exact issue with RAX35 (AX3000) since 19th Jul 2020. The WiFi is not bradcasting the n/w name and so not able to connect 192.168.1.1 as well to troubleshoot for any issues. Looks router hardware problem. Can someone from support team help on this? completely disappointed that I may have to buy new one within 6 months of purchase.

Re: RAX 35 not broadcasting network name
Did you try pushing the wifi on/off button for 2 seconds?
I know it sounds stupid but its worth checking.
Have you tried hardwiring into it to see if the radios were disabled in the settings? Or factory resetting it?
You can also start the rma process by going through support. Click "mynetgear" at the top. Register an account and then the device. From there you can start the rma process.
