RAX120 is blocking my gaming apps
Rax120 with firmware version v1.2.3.28
I have spectrum internet with a spectrum modem connected through eth cord to a spectrum router. The spectrum router is connected to the RAX120 router by eth cord in a different location in my house.
When I am connected to the spectrum router everything works great. When I connect to the RAX120 router, it does not allow me to download or update steam launcher, Epic game launcher, GO LXR app, or even let me play games like Runescape. I've had this router for roughly 6 months and this issue only started happening for around 1 month now. Even though the launchers are not URLs, I did look on the Security on the app to see if I had any blocked sites. There are 0 blocked sites. It doesn't matter if I am connected by wifi or eth cord. The issue is still pressent.

Are you using any VPN software? If so, check to ensure that your split tunnel settings didn't get reset.
If you are using the Netgear router behind the spectrum router, then make sure that the spectrum router is in a bridge mode, and also make sure the bridge mode didn't get disabled as that would put you behind a double NAT which will wreak havoc on most online games.

Two routers = problems.
What is this spectrum router? Make and model?
Two routers on your network can cause headaches. For example, you can end up with local address problems. Among other things, the other router can misdirect addresses that the Netgear router usually handles, such as routerlogin.net or the usual IP address for a router, 192.168.1.1.
This explains some of the other drawbacks.
What is Double NAT? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
Unless you have specific reasons for using two routers – to create two separate networks for example – it is often easier to use just one router and then to set up the second router as a wifi access point. Netgear advises this, as does just about every site you will visit.
It may be possible to put the modem/router into modem only (bridge) mode and then to use the second device as the router. Sometimes it is easier to put the second router into AP mode. But that has its own drawbacks:

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
