RAX15 Setup Issue-"Admin Account Settings" "Next" button has no affect

-Offline- using browser and wired connection, chose Manual Setup.
Could not get past "Admin Account Settings". "Next" button has no affect.

(Offline = Not Connected to Modem).

Intention was to upload new firmware 1.0.1.64_2.0.41 released Jul 28 2020, change login password, and wireless keys -offline- for security reasons.

Tried same steps -online- as well with same results.
Please note the Nighthawk app is not an option.

-New router bought Aug 5 2020, first time setup of this device.
-Recieved router with firmware V1.0.1.40_1.0.22 installed.

------------------------
Systems used:
# System 1.
-Modem: Cisco DPC3216 provided by ISP.
-Wired connection used.
-O.S.: Windows 8.1 Pro Desktop.
-Browser: Firefox v79.0.
-192.168.1.1, www.routerlogin.com/net allowed in No Script.
-uBlock Origin disabled on 192.168.1.1, www.routerlogin.com/net pages.

Selected Manual Setup both -offline- and -online-.
In "Admin Account Settings":
Password I created entered in "New Password" field.
Entered same password in "Confirm Password" field.
Selected 2 security questions and entered answers as required.

Clicked on the "Next" button and nothing happened.

Steps taken:
Cleared browser cache, no change.
Cleared browser cache, closed and reopened browser, no change.
Cleared browser cache, closed browser and rebooted computer, no change.
Factory reset using paperclip, holding button for 30 secs. No change.
===============================================================
# System 2.
-O.S.:Xubuntu 18.04.5. Laptop(Fresh install and updated)
-Browser: Firefox v79.0.(No extensions installed)

Selected Manual Setup while -online-.
In "Admin Account Settings":
Same steps taken as with system 1. with same results.
-------------------------------------
After a factory reset, when asked "Do you want NETGEAR Genie to help?"

I select yes.
Next page asks for "Fixed Internet IP Settings"

"Enter the fixed IP settings assigned by your ISP"

-IP ADDRESS:
-SUBNET MASK:
-DEFAULT GATEWAY:
-PREFERRED DNS SERVER:
-ALTERNATE DNS SERVER:

Disconnected RAX15 router and reconnected old router to get the ISP assigned info from the Internet setup page.
Back to the RAX, entered the info I had copy/pasted to a text file and recieved an error "Invalid IP".

Back to the old router to post here.

I've setup several routers and gateways before and have never had this kind of issue.

Re: RAX15 Setup Issue-"Admin Account Settings" "Next" button has no affect

Thank you Christian for replying.
I sent an email to support on 8-17-2020 at 9:46PM. After sending it the page showed, Your email ticket has been successfully submitted. But I have yet to get a response.

However I do have updates.

## UPDATE ON FIRST ISSUE:
On system 2:
-After selecting manual setup and entering required info on Admin Account Settings page, instead of clicking on "Next" button, as you normally would, I entered info and used the Tab key on my keyboard to move through the fields until the "Next" button was highlighted. I was then able to click on it and proceed to the next page.
-I was then able to upload firmware RAX15-V1.0.1.64_2.0.41 released Jul 28 2020 that I had downloaded earlier. Followed by a router reset.

# This appears to be a bug in firmware 1.0.1.40_1.0.22 that hopefully was corrected in later releases.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
## UPDATE ON SECOND ISSUE:
On system 2:
-After finding a workaround for the first issue and making security changes, I went to the Internet Setup page and changed the IP setting to "Get Dynamically from ISP" followed by power cycling the modem and router.
-Received a Internet Connection error.
-Check the Linux ufw (Firewall) log and noticed src=192.168.1.1 DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=36 was being blocked. This was about all that was in the log. Checked firewall log from system 1 and found "DROP 2 192.168.1.1 224.0.0.1 - - 36 - - - - - - - RECEIVE".
-Temporrarilly disabled ufw and power cycled modem, router and Linux OS.
-After bootup I was connected to internet.
-Enabled ufw and rebooted the OS. After bootup I was still connected to internet and ufw was still blocking src=192.168.1.1 DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=36

Now that I'm connected to the internet, I have a new issue.

I will start a new post on the issue below but here is a preview.

# ISSUE--I started getting "Fraggle Attack" from my ISPs(Charter-Spectrum) default public IP gateway and dhcp server from the moment I first connected this new router to the internet. I suspect this is a bug in the firmware RAX15-V1.0.1.64_2.0.41 released Jul 28 2020.
