Router Netgear X6 AC 3000

My router X6 AC3000 is showing me only 1 internet band, when supposedly has to be showing me 3 bands, 2 of these in 5Ghz and 1 in 2.4Ghz. Is apperaing only 1 with the name that I placed. I can not see the anothers. What can I do for fixx this problem?

Do you have smart connect turned on?
If so, it uses the same ssid for all 3 bands and steers devices between the 2.4-5ghz channels as needed based on rssi, bandwidth, etc.
