For some reason my router is blocking one of my favorite websites (www.appagg.com) - it’s never done this before until about a couple weeks ago. I have spoken to my cell company, modem provider and both agree it’s a router issue cause the site is not being blocked by them they say. I tried doing a chat with NetGear but my support trial is up so I would have to re-sign up and I can’t right now. They did send me a email of the steps to reset my router but it didn’t fix it. When I try to go to the website it just is a blank page that acts like it’s trying to load until it times out. If anyone knows how I can fix this I would be forever grateful. I cannot do anything that has to be done from a computer cause mine is not working so I have to be able to do the steps from my phone/ipad. Thanks in advance.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
Try disabling the following and see: Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update? Be sure to restart your network in this sequence: Turn off and unplug modem. Turn off router and computers. Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect. Turn on computers and rest of network.
Hi, I’m unsure of how to get that info of the internet provider but it’s Spectrum. I have done a factory reset twice already to no fix and also a reboot. As for the model number of the router when I look on the sticker on the bottom of the router it says “Nighthawk AX4 AX3000”. I have attached what the Nighthawk app says under Router Info incase that would help. I can’t do anything wired to a computer cause I don’t have access to one right now. And the Netgear Armor is expired on my router so it’s not being used.

Might try and get a wired PC connected to the modem with out the router connected and see if the one PC can get to this web page.
Try a different DNS Server. Here's a few. Also remember to change the ipv6 dns server if ipv6 is enabled. I have not turned it off since last update cause I got a new modem today and just activated it today so wasn’t sure if it still would need to be done. I do know that if I turn the WiFi off on my device I can go to the website just fine, it only doesn’t work if WiFi is on. And it happened after a firmware update that it started doing this. Like a couple hours later.
