openVPN throughput on AX200

Just received an RAX200 few days ago.  Used the Nighthawk iOS app for initial setup. The newest firmware was installed early in the process, possibly why the router hasn't lost connectivity with the fiberoptic modem.

Dynamic DNS and OpenVPN are enabled on the router, and the OpenVPN client is installed on my iPhone.

The throughput (1 gigabit symmetrical broadband at home) through the OpenVPN tunnel is unclear, as I have to disconnect from the home WiFi network and use my wireless connection (Sprint) on the phone, which has terrible 4G speeds at my house.

Won't have a chance to install the Windows 10 OpenVPN client on my office laptop until tomorrow.

Currently have a Zyxel USG-20 VPN firewall at my office, and connect using the Windows 10 or iOS L2TP/IPSec clients on my home laptop and phone, with the office wireless router behind the USG-20 configured in bridge/WAP mode.

VPN access to our office network is currently limited to me and one employee,  although I may need to add access for a few employees in the future.

I would like to know whether getting a similar router for the office with OpenVPN capability when it is time to upgrade our current router would be a suitable replacement for the current configuration.

The USG-20 has a lot of firewall features, including geo-fencing, content filtering for client devices, etc that are subscription-based, but think that I could live without them as external access to everything but a VPN connection is blocked, such as RDP.

The VPN connection needs to be made with a device on the network proximal to the servers, desktop or laptop clients and other devices. Installing the OpenVPN server on one of our servers would not be a good option. Each of our Dell servers has an iDRAC card, needed for remote troubleshooting, as well as rebooting the servers after power failures.

1) What is the data throughput via an OpenVPN connection on the RAX200, and how does it degrade, if any, when more than one OpenVPN connection is active?

2) How many simultaneous OpenVPN clients are allowed?

Thanks
