question about pro support
I'm considering the pro support extended warranty for my RAX120, being fairly tech savvy the additional cost of the telephone support option is unappealing, making the additional years hardware warranty at a cheaper rate my preferred option.
What I can't get my head around is how the conversation will work if in 2 years time I'm having strange hardware issues but I have no phone support coverage, because as we all know a technical conversation is usually of any potential RMA situation.
Any feedback/insight/personal experiences welcome...

Hardware warranties depend on where you are. Some countries have more consumer friendly laws than the USA. But officially they run for a year. So after two years, you will need something else.
Does paid for support via Gearhead cover extended hardware support?
Ask them?
