@Chuck_M is right. The Orbi App Network map / topology view is limited to a maximum of 3 satellites. This is a design limitation. For you to check the list of Satellites, you may need to tap on "Tap here to see additional satellites"

Re: Network Map Issue
Are you using the Orbi app?
Are the RBS seen on the RBRs web page using a web browser?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

Re: Network Map Issue
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck.

Re: Network Map Issue
I may be mistaken, but I think there is a limit to the number of satellites you can see at one time.
I think the app is limited to displaying the router + 3 Satellites.
What happens when you tap on the "CLICK HERE TO SEE ADDITIONAL SATELLITES"
