Orbi RBR50 v2 iPhone App issue

See attached pic. Why does my Orbi RBR50v2 App on my iPhone show 0 of 1 Satellites Online but in the Network Map it shows the Satellite connected. Yes I have latest firmware and version updates for the Orbi App v2.4.7.24 and 2.22.0.247 and on 16.2 on my iPhone 12.
When I login via the web browser on my laptop it shows one satellite connected??

The Orbi app has been plagued with "issues" since it was introduced.  This appears to be yet another one.

Please update your app to version 2.23.0.2673 on Android or 2.23.0.67 on iOS then navigate to the network map.
