Orbi-rbr850 not showing devices and not network map. Did 2 reboot and a Full reset stayed the same not showing anything. I think the app is messed up.

I passed this on to NG for review yesterday. Seeing that some users have started seeing it work again.

I had the same problem today, and fixed it.
Google play doesn't have the updated version for the Orbi app.
I just removed the app and downloaded the newest version 2.25.0.2813. Works correctly and stable.
I used apkpure since Google play doesn't have it up to date.

Same here.  Someone replied that they installed the Orbi app from google and that fixed it , but what about people with IOS?  I removed and reinstalled the Orbi app on my iphone to no avail.

Ya I had that same problem until I got home and reset to factory, setup orbi, then backed up configuration file.

I did that and nothing. I submitted a report. Low hopes. Might be a bug on the app or needs to be updated.

The old app firmware shows -1 devices under device manager and network map never worked.
The newer version it showed 0 devices and network map works lol

Yes both versions show it. Old version started freezing and showed -1 , the newer one showed 0 in device manager. But sometimes when I use anywhere access it will show all my devices. And network map shows everything, not random.
Netgear is in the right direction fixed one bug with network map, need to fix the device manager

Same here, devices are there and parental controls work. I didn’t change anything. It just works now. Net gear must have done something to fix on the backend 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yes solved for now . That parental control is part of my routine.

Have you power OFF everything, ISP modem, router and all mobile devices for 1 minute then back ON?

I'm seeing several threads that indicate this issue is resolved. However, for me, it is not. Running a RBR850 system, app version 2.24.0.2733, Android S22+, and all has been rebooted.  Still no network map.  I have submitted a bug report.
