Orbi satellites no longer showing up on Network Map

Hello.  I have an Orbi Mesh RBR750 with 2 satellites.  The Orbi App no longer shows my satellites as connected (or any connected devices), even though i'm pretty sure they are fine.  I restarted 1 of the satellites recently and it eventually showed a steady blue for the LED, so it seems to have a good connection.  Also, all of the devices in my house seem to be connected fine to WiFi.  I recently updated my firmware to v4.6.14.3 a couple of weeks ago, but I don't recall if this issue showed up around that time or not.  Are there any issues with that version?  My app version is 2.33.0.269.  Any help would be appreciated since I can't see most of my devices via the app any longer because of this.

Thanks!

Got it working again.  Looks like it needed yet another router restart (only the router).  Once I did that, the satellites showed up in the app and online.  Thanks for the help!

There's a newer version for the RBR750 7.2.6.21 if you want to update.

Also, I'd check through the browser GUI if the satellites show there. Easy way to tell if its an app issue or connection issue

Re: Orbi satellites no longer showing up on Network Map

Thanks.  When I check the router for new updates it is telling me "No new firmware is available at this time".  Are you sure "7.2.6.21" is the correct most recent version?  I'm on v4.6.14.3 for RBR750 and I just updated that a couple of weeks ago.

Is there a way to update the satellites or does that normally happen with router updates?

As for the browser GUI, what is the typical way to access that?  I never use that - just the app.  I can certainly check there just to make sure this is isolated to the app.

Re: Orbi satellites no longer showing up on Network Map

There's a version of the RBR750 that has the RBS350 satellites connected to it. Its more than likely on a different firmware but I wasn't sure what version satellites you have. That kit would be the RBK653 and is on the lower version that you're on. So it depends on what actual orbi kit you have.

If you're connected to the orbi, just go to orbilogin.net or routerlogin.net  or you can use its IP address

Re: Orbi satellites no longer showing up on Network Map

So, the web site shows the same thing as the app.  The satellites are showing up as "connected satellites", but say "Disconnected" in the "backhaul status" column.  Plus, I'm only seeing my 13 devices that are connected to the router.  Nothing is showing related to the satellites.  But, again, I think everything in the house is connected and working fine.  My phone, for example, is using wifi right not, and my phone is not showing as connected in the app or online.  But, I'm definitely using wifi and I'm probably hooked to 1 of the satellites.

This is the first time I've ever seen this happen.  Any suggestions how to fix this?  Since I seem to be on the latest firmware version, do I just need to wait until Netgear fixes it?  Or is there any procedures I can follow to troubleshoot?

Which satellites do you have?

You could always try rebooting the system or factory resetting and reinstalling.
